So, you had me at ‘Star Wars’ (because I am a fan) and then ‘Chicks’ (because I am one! A groovy one!).

This article was fantastic! While laying the groundwork for my next novel, I was researching archetypes used in Star Wars. I was curious about Princess Leia’s role and discovered that she was summed up as Luke’s ‘anima’, or feminine side. That made me sad. Her journey/arc was just as interesting and I thought there was more to her than just her brother’s other half.

But this post has reignited my female fan flame! You’ve given me a whole new outlook on the feminine side of Star Wars vis-a-vis the Jedi.

Thank you, and I look forward to reading more of your posts!

You are beyond groovy, Heather! Thanks so much for the sweet comment, you made my day! Thanks as well for the insight on Lucas and Leia. Luke’s Anima, my ass! Love you, Georgie, but what you don’t know about women is a lot 🙂 Keep at your book, I’m sure it will be AWESOME!!!!
